Zesty Pepper Jack & Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry Healthy Multi-grain bread
  • 2 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 4 oz. buffalo chicken or cracked pepper turkey slices
  • 1 tsp. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread the mayonnaise on each slice of bread and layer turkey, cheese, and cilantro.
  2. Top with second slice of bread.
  3. Slice and enjoy!
