Ingredients (1 serving)
  • 1/2 Brownberry Multicereales® thin
  • 2 oz. cooked chicken (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1/8 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese (optional )
  • 1 Tbsp black olives, sliced
Directions

Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; preheat to medium-high. Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and cooked through, flipping once, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread salsa in Pocket Thin®. Stuff with chicken, cheese and shredded lettuce, olive and shredded cheese (optional).

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray, add spinach and cook, tossing often,until just wilted, about 1 minute. Add egg, salt and pepper and cook, tossing gently, until fluffy and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Spoon egg mixture into Pocket Thin®.
