¼ cup steamed broccoli florets

½ avocado, mashed

Direcciones
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil.
- Scramble egg whites with red pepper and broccoli. Set aside.
- Spread mashed avocado on the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
- Layer on scrambled eggs and veggies, followed by a sprinkle of parsley.
- Finish with a drizzle of Sriracha and top with Sandwich Thins roll lid.
