Spicy Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry Potato bread
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½-1 teaspoon fresh chili pepper, minced
  • Butter, to taste
  • 2 slices Muenster cheese
  • 1 slice Chihuahua cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain the excess liquid and return skillet to heat.
  3. Add in the brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and minced chili pepper, and stir to combine.
  4. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Place one slice, butter side down, in a small skillet over medium-low heat.
  6. Top with both slices of Muenster cheese, followed by sloppy joe mixture, Chihuahua cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown on bottom.
  8. Flip carefully and continue to cook until second side is golden brown.
  9. Enjoy!
