Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry Oatnut bread
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons prepared granola
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, green tea powder, honey, ginger juice and lemon zest.
  2. Spread each bread slice with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture.
  3. Place granola, strawberries and almonds on top of one bread slice.
  4. Top the other slice with pineapple, ginger, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
  5. Spread remaining yogurt mixture over pineapple filling.
  6. Carefully sandwich both filled bread slices together.
